Dr Markis Child Shuffrey Fellow in Architectural History at Lincoln College, Oxford. Mark’s interests focus on ecclesiastical architecture and liturgical furnishings of the seventeenth century. His doctoral thesis examined the furnishings of Sir Christopher Wren’s churches as a reflection of Anglican identity in the late seventeenth century. And he is now writing the architectural history of Lincoln College Chapel. Mark is Chairman of Council of the Ecclesiological Society and is a member of the Fabric Advisory Committee of St Paul’s Cathedral.
