Built with flint rubble, limestone ashlar dressings and a gabled old tile roof. The building consists of a chancel, nave, vestry and West bellcote. The South doorway is an example of Norman architecture with a billeted round arch, while the interior features a 13th-century cup-shaped font, a 17th-century Spanish painting, and a mid-19th century wooden pulpit. The chancel contains a 15th century brass dedicated to a John Mores (d.1492) and 18th and 19th century wall tablets. The churchyard also features an exceptionally wide ancient yew tree that has stood for centuries.
