The Grade II listed building contains elements of its historical past. The church still has its Norman font, ancient South doorway, and altar rails from the medieval and Stuart periods. There is a 13th century tomb recess in the transept, and two-light windows with plate tracery in the North transept.
The chancel is 18th century and features East and West windows with Gothic ‘y’ tracery. The nave includes two similar windows.
The church once possessed a 16th century chalice and paten from the reign of Edward IV, as well as an 18th century one from the reign of George II. These items are now housed in the Chapter House of Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford.
