Holly Kilpatrick has organised another of her popular evening visits to a church followed by a pub supper; this time in Appleton on 17th August. We will be welcomed to this charming Grade 11* Norman church of St Laurence by church warden, Stuart Gibson, who will talk about the church, its history and place in the community. Afterwards we will walk the short distance to the local pub, The Plough; for a convivial two course supper. At 8 p.m. we will hear the bells sounding around the village.

Places are limited by the size of the pub, so do not delay in booking at £20 a head. The price includes supper but not drinks. Please arrive at the church at 6.15 p.m.

It is suggested that you park at The Plough and walk to the church.   There is also plenty of off street parking nearby but please do not park on the short access road to the church.
