Formal business will chaired in Warwick Hall by our President, Bishop Colin, starting at 4pm. The agenda will be posted as a news item on this website nearer the time. This will be followed by a guided tour of the church and evening prayer. Then all who wish will return to Warwick Hall at around 6.15 p.m. for a buffet supper, soft drinks and a bar – we hope – outside by the river.
If you wish to attend only the meeting and tour, there is no need to book.
Those wishing to stay for the supper should please use the online system now to book and pay for their food in advance. We hope that many will stay for what will be an enjoyable opportunity for informal discussion.
There will be plenty of free parking available: turn off the High Street to the church, and then follow the road round past the church entrance to the main public car park for the town (an overflow car park in an adjacent field will be available for use if needed).
