The formal business will be held in Harriet Monsell House, chaired by our President, Charles Baker, starting at 4pm. The agenda will be posted as a news item on this website nearer the time. This will be followed by a guided tour and evensong. Then all who wish will return for Supper at around 6.15 p.m. The bar will be open with a wide selection of soft drinks, beers, cider and wines available – PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CASH ONLY FACILITY.
If you wish to attend only the meeting and tour, there is no need to book.
Those wishing to stay for Supper should please use the online system to book and pay for their food in advance. We hope that many will stay for what will be an enjoyable opportunity for informal discussion as well as hear more about the current work of the Trust.
