Congratulations are due to Professor Malcolm Airs after he received an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours last week.
Prof Airs, who is a trustee of OHCT and also the area rep for the Aston and Cuddesdon deanery, received the award for services to the historic environment, conservation, and education.
The emeritus professor of conservation and the historic environment at Kellogg College, at the University of Oxford, Prof Airs lives near Wallingford.
He recently led a tour of Dorchester for members of the trust.
