Churches from west and north of county invited to presentation

The Oxfordshire Historic Churches Trust is inviting the churches and chapels of north and West Oxfordshire to a presentation about managing church projects.

The event – Can We Help Your Church? – will be held at St Kenelm’s Church, Church Enstone, OX7 4NL, from 5pm to 7pm on Sunday 7th April.

There will be talks on all aspects of a church restoration and repair project by: Sophie Hammond, from the Diocese of Oxford; David Warr, a retired church architect; Cynthia Robinson, the grants officer at OHCT; Basil Eastwood, the development officer at OHCT; and Hilary Cakebread Hall, the national chair of Ride+Stride.

Also speaking on how the restoration at St Kenelm’s worked will be project leader Charles Powell.

There will be the chance to ask questions throughout and informal discussion will continue over a glass of wine or coffee at the end.
