Ride and Stride Routes

Looking for some inspiration?

Whether you’re a Ride+Stride newcomer or a seasoned veteran, we hope you find our selection of walking routes helpful!

These routes are designed to appeal to families and more experienced riders

Ride + Stride is taking place on 12th September across Oxfordshire. Sign up here.

Please note: Routes are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Temporary road or footpath closures, diversions or other local changes may occur after a route has been added to the website. We recommend checking local conditions before setting out and following any signs or diversions in place.

Temporary route notice: Works are due to take place on the Phoenix Way between Thame and Towersey – National Cycle Route 57 – from 24 August for approximately three weeks. Please check the latest local information before setting out and follow any diversions in place.
