The Grade II listed medieval tithe barn c.1270 was much altered when converted for use as a church.
The west exterior wall is buttressed and to the north end is an ashlar stone gabled porch with a stone chamfered segmental headed doorway, stone coping, angle buttresses and remains of an ancient stone slate roof. The tiled roof (probably 16th century in origin) is supported on six bays of an arch-brace tie beam roof.
More recently modern extensions were added to the East of the building.
