The Chapel was converted from the 300 years old tithe barn entirely by the Wheatley Catholic congregation between 1962 and 1964.
About this church
The plans for the church were drawn up by a Headington architect, Mr Peter Little, in a Gothic style to harmonise with the Tudor buildings nearby. The foundation stone for the chapel was laid in 1963.
